Program overview
The Global Bachelor in Business Administration (GBBA) is an undergraduate programme in international business taught entirely in English. It is designed to train global leaders who can thrive in multicultural environments, understand the key functions of business, and address the challenges faced by African and international organisations.
Year 1
- Management foundations: Management Principles, Marketing Fundamentals, Introduction to Financial Accounting, and Business Ethics.
- Economics and quantitative tools: Mathematics for Business, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, and Statistics for Business.
- Personal and professional development: Personal Development, Career Development, Innovation Game, and IT tools.
- Social and legal environment: Sociology, Law, and a first understanding of the organisational environment.
- Business languages: Business English and the study of Chinese or Arabic.
Year 2
- Management and business law: Business Law, Managerial Accounting, and Human Resource Management.

- Decision-support tools: Risk, Decision and Uncertainty to strengthen analysis and decision-making.
- Finance and taxation: Corporate Finance, Taxation, Investment Strategy, and Services Marketing.
- Communication and intercultural dimension: Corporate Communication, Corporate Social Responsibility, Inter-cultural Management, and continued business languages development.
Year 3
- Advanced finance and organisational development: Financial Markets, Financial Analysis, Organizational Behavior, and Labor Law.
- International dimension: Globalization, Poverty and Development Issues, International Project Management, and TOEIC Preparation.
- Entrepreneurship and business processes: Business Process and Entrepreneurship to prepare students for venture creation and business coordination.
- Global standards and business environment: International Marketing, International Trade, International Economics, International Business Law, and IFRS.
- Final professional preparation: Business Game, E-commerce, and the Capstone Project.
